We have built our servers and services so efficiently that your order usually only takes a few minutes.
How does a order work?
After you have ordered a service, it will appear in your orders and you have received an invoice, after you have paid the invoice your server will be placed in the open order queue. An available server will be found in the selected region and your server will be installed (this typically only takes 60 seconds). Don't forget to refresh the page regularly so you can keep track of the current status.
What if i dont pay the invoice?
If you have not paid the invoice created after placing your order within 24 hours, your order will be canceled and the invoice will be deleted. During this time you will not be able to order another server.
I dont know what my order state means?
An order can have different statuses, depending on how busy we are, an order can take some time, we ask for your patience.
Awaiting Payment
This status will be displayed immediately after ordering, you now need to go to your invoice view and pay the invoice for your server to be installed.
Pending
This status is displayed immediately after payment and means that your service is being installed. Depending on what exactly is happening, a message will be displayed when you hover over "Pending".
The messages can look like this:
"Your invoice has been paid, we are now starting the installation" - This means we have recorded an incoming payment and an available server is currently being searched for your order.
"Our system could not find an available server, so the wait for a free slot may take a little longer than planned. We apologize for the inconvenience." . Means that all servers in the region are at full capacity, but a technician has been informed and will look at the problem. This status is usually resolved after a few hours.
"A slot for your cloud was found on a server, but there was an error in the allocation. A technician was informed." - Means that an error has occurred, but a technician has been informed about the problem with all necessary details, usually the status is resolved on its own within a few minutes.
"Our system was able to find an available space on our servers and assigned it to you." - Means your Windows server is now available in the instance overview and you can get started.
Canceled
Canceled means the order will not be fulfilled. You can find out exactly why when you hover over "Canceled". As a rule, an order is only canceled if we have not received payment or the payment has been withdrawn.
If the status is set to "Pending" for longer than planned, due to a system error or by us, you will of course be reimbursed for the lost running time and will not have to pay for i
